(A)dvertising & Sponsorship for TV, Print & Online  As the producer Shelly Williams was responsible for promoting the program and negotiating with broadcasters.  She was successful in securing broadcast deals with numerous stations for her Urban X-pressions video show.  The biggest deal secured was with Telemundo, which at the time only aired Spanish speaking programs.  Shelly broke barriers by being the first and only English program on Telemundo.
